We have gone through everything we can to verify that everything is set up correctly a few times and continue to work at it to find the reason. -To register your player, you must fill out the medical release form to complete registration. What’s new is, you only have to fill it out once! Once it’s submitted to us, we can pull it from our files.

-Coach’s, there is a coach’s application to fill out if you want to be considered for a head coaching position. This is for head coaches only. If any issues arise, please contact us.
